I am still alive
But if this still holds true by next week will be debatable. Org Comm is killing me. KILLING ME TO MAKE SURE I AM DEAD! Databases is also pretty hard, and I have no idea WTF I'm doing in PnP2. I am so gonna die on the final. That nice GPA I worked my ass off for the past 2 years..its pretty much done for. Given the curve, I'm pretty sure no matter what I do in Databases and Org Comm, even if I get a perfect score on the finals, can't save my grade enough to break even an A-. That's one thing I hate about the Stern curve - you only get one chance.
Estimated grades:
Comp Sci I - A
Managerial Accounting - A
Database Management - B
Organizational Communication - B/B+
Computer Principles and Practice II - ????? (B for now, but potentially very bad when the final comes around May 2nd. Like 'C-' bad if I don't do something about it.)
Today I have also registered next semester's schedule. As I have learned my lesson from my anticipated piss poor performance this time, there is NO way I am going to take 3 computer related courses again at the same time next semester, as I only realized now that all CS classes tend to give homework assignments that are ridiculously long and complex. Well that was retarded. Hopefully my classes next semester will help balance out this semester's disaster. I tend to do well in pure business courses.
Fall 2006 Lineup:
Legal aspects of Business
Comp Sci II
Financial Information Systems
Economics of Global Markets
Competitive Advantage from Operations
By the way, Albert is shit. Who the hell decided to have two minute maximums on session times? Yeah I love reloading the whole NYU Home page and logging in again every other click. Die!!
