I must declare my support for Borders Express, formerly Waldenbooks.
For always offering fair deals stackable with Borders Reward program for maximum value. The people there are nice too. Thanks to their summer reading initiative (buy 3 paperbacks get 4th free), I picked up 20 volumes of manga today and a nice 8" figure of Aya Natsume from Tenjo Tenge for approximately $180 in addition to racking up 11 dollars worth of reward points.
And this is a strangely large and detailed figure to be selling for less than $20. Geez most import PVCs this size go for 30.

20 volumes huh? Care to share what titles exactly? My own small supply of manga here seriously needs a major boost, so I may have to run down to Borders myself or check a few online sources sometime in the next few weeks.
