Momoi Hawaii Tour now officially open to public
Momoi has posted the tour details and sign up link on her blog. She has stated that non-fanclub members are able to sign up for the tour. However, fanclub members will get a planned exclusive dinner with her.
The applicaiton deadline in 12/29. The trip is quite expensive, but hey you get to spend 5 days with Momoi!

I'm not sure I will have everything done for the fan club by Dec. 29... But I assume you just have to be a club member before the actual trip for the dinner, correct?

There is a box you check for fanclub status on the application form. I'm not sure how that will affect the way they book for you.

Ooooh, that sounds so fun... Momoi-sama... -digs through empty wallet- Will 50 cents be enough? ;w; -laugh-
If you think about it, it's actually a pretty smart idea for a famous person to make money. xD "Spend a few days with me, but pay up first~!" You can just relax and hang out with loyal (and apparently very rich) fans.
