Momoi is bringing her live band to Fanime
Announced by Momoi on her blog
Benefits of live:
1. She can improvise or extend performances at will tailored to the audience response.
2. Live versions are specially made to be performed during a show, so they sound refreshingly different from, and sometimes better than, the karaoke versions.
3. Due to the staff involved, a concert is likely to be longer (unlike 30 minutes in Hawaii).
4. The last time Momoi brought a guest to AX, it turned out to be Manzo who performed during the intermission.
5. If Taiwan can have a live band dammit so can we!

I'm so jelaous right now... I want someday to see Momoi live with her band ^^;; I agree it does sound much more fun and as you said it has pretty good benefits.

Well, Hawaii is a particular situation; they can only allocate so much time, I think. They stuck her at the end, so that she could go over 30 minutes (my camera will tell you when 30 minutes hits. T_T ).
But live band > karaoke. Always.
Here's hoping for the longest Momoi concert I've ever been to.
Modify #5: If Taiwan and Germany can have a live band, we can have one, too. ^_^ Taiwan's closer, so easier to get the band there. Germany shows that we can have a band, too. :P
Find me parked in front of the bass player during the concert (Tenton's standard rock concert positioning, if he has the choice)
